§1 General: All tools provided on NotJohaYT.com (including Seedfinder, Schematic Generators, Pixel Art, and Speedrun Leaderboards) are for experimental, entertainment, and utility purposes within the game Bloxd.io. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bloxd.io or its developers.

§2 Profiles, Leaderboards & Conduct: By participating in the Speedrun Leaderboards, you agree to submit legitimate, unmanipulated run times. Attempting to exploit the verification system, spoof times, or use unauthorized automation will result in permanent bans from our services. We reserve the right to remove any times or accounts at our discretion.

§3 Uploaded Content & Anti-Theft: You guarantee that you hold all rights to any 3D models (.glb) or images uploaded to our converters. To protect original creators, our system utilizes a "Prevent Reupload" feature. Files generated here are digitally signed to verify ownership. Attempting to bypass these signatures or re-uploading signed content as your own is prohibited.

§4 Liability & Warranty: All services are provided "AS-IS". We assume no liability for game bans, data loss, profile deletions, server downtimes, or structural issues in-game caused by the use of our tools.

1. Data Processing & Server Logs: Technical data (IP address, user agent) is logged by our server provider to ensure security, rate-limit API requests, and prevent DDoS attacks on our backend services (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).

2. Local Tools: File conversion in the Schematic Generator and Pixel Art runs locally on your device. This does not apply to Shadify, which uploads files for server-side processing as described below.

3. Accounts, Profiles & Leaderboards: When you sign in with Google, we process your Google account ID, display name, email address, and profile picture for authentication and account features. Your email stays private unless you explicitly choose to show it. For profiles, leaderboards, and comments, we may also store your linked Bloxd username, profile token, cosmetic choices, comments, and submitted run times.

4. Shadify: To create and render jobs, Shadify uploads your .bloxdreplay or encrypted .shadifyjob file, render settings, and derived replay statistics such as ticks, chunks, players, and entities. We store job status, exact Token cost, Token usage, output files, and technical error information needed to provide and protect the service (Art. 6 (1) b and f GDPR).

5. Storage Period: Temporary Shadify input files are removed automatically after processing or expiry. Finished output files and retained job/error metadata are normally available for up to 24 hours. Account and Token-wallet data remain stored until the account is deleted or deletion is requested, unless a longer period is legally required.

6. Service Providers: Shadify may contact Bloxd.io to render replay content and GitHub to load the selected legacy texture pack. Google provides account sign-in. Hosting and security providers process only the technical data necessary to operate and protect the service.

7. Early Access, Browser Storage & Cookies: A one-time invite grants Shadify and Build Extractor to the Google account that activates it for two weeks. The grant is stored on the server, and the invite cannot be used again. Admin passwords are not stored in cookies. Google sign-in uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie to identify the account.

8. Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data and may object to or restrict certain processing. You can permanently delete your profile and speedrun times through the "Edit Profile" menu, or contact [email protected] for account, Token, or Shadify data requests.
